NorthShore School of Nurse Anesthesia students, simultaneously enrolled in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), through our affiliate DePaul University, complete an evidence-based DNP project as a requirement for graduation. The DNP project is a culmination of the knowledge gained in DNP coursework and provides an opportunity to demonstrate an analytical approach to programmatic, administrative, policy or practice issues in a format that supports the synthesis, transfer and utilization of knowledge. The project is chosen to make a contribution to the anesthesia profession, the community or academia.
