At NorthShore, our highest priority is the health and safety of the communities we serve. Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we have modified our Neurological Institute scheduling process and have consolidated our clinic locations in an effort to protect your health and the health of our staff and physicians.
The following NorthShore Neurological Institute clinics will be open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8 am-4 pm:
- Evanston Medical Office

To schedule an appointment, please call 877.570.7020 or submit an online appointment request, and expect a call back from one of our clinical team members within two business days to review the symptoms you are experiencing. Based on that assessment, we will determine the appointment option that is most appropriate for you, including visits over the phone or via video conference.
If you already have a scheduled appointment, you will receive a call from a clinical team member to determine the best option for your appointment.

Neurological Care for What's Next
From improving odds to improving lives, NorthShore Neurological Institute is providing healthcare for what’s next.
At our Center for Brain Health we’re using evidence-based interventions to prevent the onset of Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative conditions.
Our neurosurgeons are utilizing the latest in minimally invasive brain surgery technology to target previously inoperable brain tumors, resect aneurysms and minimize seizures.
Our team continues to conduct groundbreaking research to measure outcomes, offer new neurology services, and ultimately determine the DNA causes of these debilitating conditions.
There are more than 70 physicians on staff at the NorthShore Neurological Institute working together every day to diagnose and treat complex conditions involving the brain, spine and peripheral nervous system. Our neurologists, neurosurgeons, physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists, neuropsychologists, neuroradiologists and neuropathologist provide a collaborative multidisciplinary approach to patient care and the coordination of services.
Parallel with the Neurological Institute’s focus on diagnosis and treatment is our commitment to neurological research and the advancement of the field of neurology. For a number of our programs, we are conducting clinical trials that allow patients to benefit from cutting-edge diagnostics, the latest neurological treatment options and novel therapies to improve function.
We also strive to educate the brightest minds of tomorrow. NorthShore is the principal teaching affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and many of our physicians hold faculty appointments.
