Applications require submission of a personal statement, academic transcripts, recommendation letters, and a resume/CV. A PGY1 pharmacy residency is a pre-requisite and an on-site interview is required.
This program is intended for pharmacists who plan to practice in the field of Medical Informatics for a healthcare provider organization. Applicants without previous informatics or technology experience will be considered. A strong history of project management and effective verbal and written communication is required.
