The NorthShore Musculoskeletal program will start accepting applications August 1, 2023 for the 2025-26 MSK Fellows. Interviewing will begin interviewing November 1, 2023. We will not be partitipating in the Match for the 2025-26. Please submit applications for fellowship to:

In order to be considered for an interview, a completed application must be submitted. This includes the following:
- Application for Admission form filled out, signed and dated
- Letters of recommendation from residency director and faculty the candidate listed in the application
- Personal statement
- CV
- Copy of medical school certificate
- Copy of USMLE and/or COMFLEX test scores
- Copy of ECFMG certificate for foreign medical graduates
- Wallet-size portrait style photo of candidate
Applicants will be notified in writing whether or not they will be invited for an interview.
