Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Orthopaedic Surgery is required. Candidates with additional post-graduate training will also be considered. Candidates must have demonstrated a commitment to excellence in clinical endeavors, education and research during GME training by providing evidence of active participation in educational or research programs.

The NorthShore Orthopaedic & Spine Institute Adult Reconstruction Fellowship Program utilizes the SF Match Residency and Fellow Match Services.

- Applicants must meet IDFPR qualifications for a permanent State of Illinois Physician License and Controlled Substance License.
