The Education Committee has put together this list of class offerings
from which you may choose. You may also find them listed within the monthly newsletter. If there
is a particular topic that you would like us to offer for an upcoming Class or Workshop,

How to Register for a Class
If you would like to attend a particular class, make a selection from our
list of class offerings, then please
call our toll free number (888) 955-6727 or drop us an e-mail at
classes@northshore.org. Please tell us
your name, your telephone number (in case we need to cancel the class due to weather) and
the date(s) and name of the class(es) you want to attend. You will be notified at least two weeks in
advance of the scheduled date of the class if there are any changes.
If you will not be able to make the class on the scheduled date, you may ask to be
placed on a waiting list for the next available time that class is to be scheduled.

Class Hours
Classroom doors usually open around 6:00PM or 6:30PM and classes then begin at either 6:30PM or 7:00PM,
usually running about 2 hours.
Class Fees
All workshops and classes are open to the general public. Normally, fees are $25.00 for NSCS members and
$35.00 for non-members for each class. Sometimes, there are Special Fees noted for combination classes. Please check
our class schedule for exact fees. Cash and checks are
accepted. Light refreshments (drinks and snacks) are made available for purchase.
General Information, Locations & Directions
The North Shore Computer Society (NSCS) runs its Educational Workshops and Classes at various
times throughout our calendar year, from September to June.
Currently, most lecture and hands-on style classes are held either at the Society's
Resource Center, located in Saint John's School, R19 Chestnut Street, Peabody, MA
(St. John's directions), or at the
Torrigian Community Life Center in Peabody. MA
(Community Life Center directions), unless otherwise
indicated within our current schedule.
