Procedure Description
Liposuction of the neck can be done under local anesthetic in the office or can be done in the operating room. Small incisions will be made under the chin and behind the ears. Fluid containing a numbing agent and adrenaline to constrict the blood vessels will then be injected slowly into the fat compartments in the neck and under the jaw line. The fat in the neck is then sucked out using a suction canula.
