Transport a Patient to Advocate Children's Hospital
Thank you for allowing the Advocate Children’s Hospital Transport Team to care for your patient. To arrange for patient transport: Please call 844.KIDS.ACH or 844.543.7224.
The priority for our Transport Team is the safety of our patients. The Transport Team is comprised of medical professionals with special training and certifications in neonatal and pediatrics and work under the guidance of our Transport Medical Control Physician.
Our Location: We are conveniently located in the Elmhurst offices of Superior Ambulance, off major highways.
