As the new school year starts, it can be a hectic time trying to adjust back into a routine. You may not have time to think about how to plan for meals. We have created a quick recipe guide for healthy meals to help make your back-to-school routine a little easier.

The dietitians at NorthShore share a handful of their favorite recipes for back-to-school from breakfast to desert:

Breakfast:

  • Apple Muffins are perfect to make ahead so you can grab-and-go all week.
  • Energizing Breakfast Smoothies are ideal when you only have a few minutes and need to run out the door.

Lunch:

  • Zoodles are great to make in a batch and easily customizable for the whole family.
