At NorthShore, our highest priority is the health and safety of the communities we serve. Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we have implemented the following protocols to provide care while keeping our patients and staff safe:

  • Screening of staff, patients and companions
  • Social distancing safeguards (this includes floor markings, spaced seating and equipment)
  • Rigorous cleaning protocols meeting all recommended guidelines
  • Limiting access and adjusted scheduling including staggered appointment times and electronic check in to reduce traffic and minimize unneeded contact
  • Staff wear face masks and eye protection and patients are asked to wear face coverings (If needed, we are happy to provide a mask)
  • Committed to safe hand hygiene practices: EVERY patient, EVERY time

Our extensive Physical Medicine & Rehabilitations Services programs can be easily and conveniently accessed at multiple outpatient clinic sites throughout the communities we serve on the north shore and in Chicago. Three of our clinics are housed in fitness centers in Evanston, Glenview and Buffalo Grove, allowing NorthShore to provide specialized aquatic therapy programs not often found elsewhere.
