Psychiatric Services include:
- Comprehensive diagnostic assessment and treatment planning
- Outpatient psychiatric care and medication management
- Outpatient individual and family psychotherapy
- Coordination of care
Case Management Services include:
- Monitoring of appointment and medication compliance
- Assistance in obtaining entitlements and other resources
- Assistance in linking to other community services
- Assistance with reduced fee prescription programs
- Community outreach
