Flu Prevention

Special Message:
Your health and safety is our top priority. To help stop the spread of COVID-19, all patients will have their temperature taken upon arrival for flu vaccine appointments. If a patient has a fever of 100.0 or higher, we will not be able to administer a flu vaccine and they will need to reschedule.

NorthShore Primary and Specialty Care Offices
Many NorthShore Primary and Specialty Care offices have flu vaccines available for their patients. If you have an existing appointment, ask your care team if you can be vaccinated while you’re there.

Swedish Hospital part of NorthShore
Flu vaccines are available, by appointment only, at Swedish Primary Care Offices, Immediate Care Centers and the Galter Medical Pavilion Pharmacy.

Due to COVID-19, we are unable to accommodate walk-in vaccinations. Appointments are required. Please call one of the following locations for an appointment:
Swedish Primary Care: 773.878.6888
Swedish Immediate Care - North Center: 773.293.8787
Swedish Immediate Care - Sauganash: 773.293.8788
Galter Medical Pavilion Pharmacy: 773.989.3980

Both adult and pediatric patients can be vaccinated at Swedish Primary Care offices and Immediate Care Centers. Patients must be at least 18 years old to receive a flu vaccine at the Galter Medical Pavilion Pharmacy.

Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance
Pediatric patients, under the age of 18, can also be vaccinated at the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance Outpatient Center in Wilmette. For more information about making an appointment inside of the clinic or in the drive-thru, view our Pediatric Flu Clinics Flyer.
