Telehealth Appointments

As COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to impact our daily lives, NorthShore remains committed to caring for your needs. Keeping our patients and staff safe while continuing to deliver superior care is our highest priority. To provide the safest and highest quality care, we are now offering telehealth appointments to help you connect with our experts from the comfort of your home.

If you have an upcoming appointment scheduled, there is no need to cancel. Your care team will connect with you to make appropriate changes to your appointment.

If you need an appointment, schedule as you normally would: book it on NorthShoreConnect, call your physician's office, or request an appointment online. One of our team members will determine the appointment option that is most appropriate for you, which may be a telehealth visit by phone or video. And don't worry if you're not tech-savvy—our team will provide all the support you need to get you remotely connected to your care providers.

For urgent needs and injuries that require an in-person visit, our hospitals, emergency rooms, immediate care locations, and physician practices remain open. We have robust safety measures in place at all of our facilities to protect you and our staff, including entrance screening, masks, social distancing, and heightened cleaning protocols.

Thank you for your understanding in these unprecedented times. We are here and we are available to meet your essential healthcare needs.
