Patient Education

At NorthShore, we are committed partners in your care. While successful patient outcomes rely on the outstanding physician expertise and the advanced technology we make available to our patients, another critical component of your care is your active participation.

We offer a variety of patient education resources to help you learn more, including Emmi® Health Education Programs. A unique web-based program, Emmi® features simple, easy-to-grasp information about different health conditions, including GI diseases and/or procedures.

Visit our resources page for links to GI related NorthShore sites as well as organizations advancing and supporting a wide-range of gastrointestinal conditions, including cancers of the digestive system.

Being informed is the best medicine for making thoughtful decisions and feeling confident about your GI care.
