The doctor, podiatrist was excellent and very pleasant and friendly in his explanations about my issues.

Seemed rushed, as he was talking to me just grabbed a sander and started sanding a callous on my foot without asking and which I did not want done. He then grabbed clippers and started digging into my ingrown toenail which was extremely painful to which he seemed completely indifferent to. Once he clipped it out, he then sat down and basically said there was no solution. As I went to put my shoes back on (my toe was bleeding), he said oh I'll get you a bandaid. Neither the sander or clipper seemed to be sealed or sanitized. Since visiting, my toe has gotten worse, swollen, red, painful and looks infected.

This was my first visit with this physician and he was outstanding-listening to my concerns, and clearly explaining the causes to my problems with treatment options.
