After the explanation by the doctor, we had to ask a few questions for clarification to ensure that we had the correct directions and understanding going forward. This may have been due our not understanding the first time the explanation was given.
Great experience. Dr Drobac took her time asking questions about my son's health and examining him. She was very thorough in her explanation of his diagnosis and about his future plan. Extremely happy with Dr Drobac and will definitely recommend her to others.
Dr. Drobacs bedside manner was a little off putting to me at first. As my child continued in her care, it felt more natural and I knew I could ask questions and get a straight answer. Response time through the portal is excellent.
Dr. Drobac has been a great provider for my son. She's caring snd she is able to help him with medical concerns snd give health tips in a way that doesn't make him feel badly. I'd recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Drobac was patient and listened well.
This was a follow up from an ER visit suggested by the ER doctors which I stated in the notes when I scheduled the appointment. She didn't review any of the test results and didn't even know what the appointment was for. She asked me why was I there. She was cold which came off as very unprofessional. Honestly the entire appointment was a waste of time and money. I'm extremely disappointed in the service that was provided. It was clear that she wasn't concerned with me or my child. A truly terrible experience.
we loved meeting Dr Drobac. she was also very attentive and absolutely willing to answer any question my daughter or I had during our visit. we would 100% recommend her.
Dr Drobac is thorough, patient and caring. Her staff of nurses is fantastic.
