Dr Ari is one of the most competent, proffesional, approachable, and friendly doctors I have ever seen as PCP.
The first thing Dr. Ari said to me when she walked in my exam room was "oh, why are you on so many medications?!" not a great start. throughout the appointment she included her personal opinion of medications- that she doesn't like using medications in her household, she perefers home remedies and otc meds. that opinion isn't applicable to my appointment and should've been kept to herself. Dr. Ari made me feel like I was wasting her time- with time and word choice- because my illness was clearly treated and no longer present because I have no fever. She was fairly rude and not welcoming. I will neither be returning nor recommending her services.
The doctor showed real concern about my problem and asked me to go to the hospital upon re-occurrance of the problem.
came in for a preop, got a call that my surgery date had been pushed back. doctor took the time to sit with me and help with the other things i had issues with instead of the preop and helped me get the medications i need to get rid of the issues i have before my new preop appt.
*Dr. Lab is fantastic.
Very concerned about the patient health and needs. Works in a sense of urgency and care about the patient.
needed preop clearance. my regular doctor was out of town. she was very friendly and exhibited compassionate care. I did not feel rushed, which to me is very important as a patient.

I felt listened to and cared for. there was no condescending tone in the doctors voice unlike other doctors I've gone to before. really enjoyed my visit
