I'm very thankful she is there for me

My experience with Dr Pangonyte was probably the worst I've ever had. She spent maybe 10 minutes max talking to me, it was clear she wasn't hearing me and I had to ASK for her to at least do a physical exam. I had a skin infection that she didn't even care to examine. She ordered blood work but then scheduled the follow up for 4 weeks after? That makes no sense. She's asleep at the wheel, and I worry for anyone who may see her with an actual life-threatening condition.

She was nice and thorough. Friendly and professional

Difficult to understand due English being second language

Always kept me up to date.

This was my annual appointment after not seeing a physician in 3 years I was not asked any questions about STI, sexual behavior ,Recommendations on health other than sleep, diet and colonoscopy.although a nurse I was also there as a patient.
