I treat each patient as if they were a member of my family. I walk each patient through their diagnosis, imaging, and management options - whether they are surgical or not. If something requires surgery, I aim for the least invasive and safest option.

Both Dr. Wong and Nurse Practitioner Kate Jorgensen were thorough patient with my wife and I. Involving us in the discussion and listening and answering our questions and concerns.
Doctor Wong showed (CDs) and explained to me the condition, the posible treatment, and the risks that that particular condition could have.
Good listener, explained rational for testing being ordered, have complete trist in him!
Dr wong is terrific
Dr Wong is extremely knowledgeable with a wonderful bedside manner. He explains everything thoroughly and with patience. I totally trust his care and expertise.
It was a fast and I feel that it wasn't necessary to be there if someone can call me I can explain better
I came to Dr Wong because I had a great experience with him years ago. I even referred people to him who were experiencing hemifacial spasms. On this most recent visit, I didn't have the same great experience. I was very upset about not getting any answers for my problem. Not even a suggestion to where I might go next. I was angry because he had left the room to upload a cd I gave him. I then waited about 20-30 minutes for him to come back. I think it's crazy and rude to leave me in the room waiting while seeing another patient.
*Dr. Wong always explained all procedures in a clear, concise way. He was very up front about the surgery - what to expect and his calm, friendly approach was much appreciated.
Overall, good visit.
Perfect fit with provider. I am good with letting things go till something indicates need for action.
