Dr G is terrific
The intern was very good as well
Physicians and nurses at North Shore are great. The call center, MAs and your marketing programs (unrealistic over promises and i don't care what sports teams are handled by North Shore)are well below average.
My experience was very good.
despite being VERY busy, Dr. Garapadi was very patient with my questions and I was not hurried.
knew the problem
Every visit since my accident/broken elbow last June has been a positive experience -- the nurses, Dr. Garapati, his assistant have been professional, friendly, provided answers to questions. The sense of having my concerns properly understood was reassuring. Undoubtedly I feel grateful to have had my health issue having been -- and still being addressed -- with care and compassion.
The radiology report sounds like something is not 100% correct, while the doctor's comments where that everything was fine. Now I need to follow up for clarification.
