As a new patient, Dr. Nair was very thorough and took an adequate amount of time to understand my medical history. She addressed all of my questions and very quickly got referrals, tests and medications set up. In fact, I was surprised to be contacted first by a referral for my osteoporosis. I look forward to continuing seeing Dr. Nair.

Dr. Nair was very efficient in answering my questions and giving me advice about my health. Also recommending and referring me to other specialists as needed. I am very satisfied with her services and her team. However, medical record keeping has much to learn.I have been a patient of NorthShore for over 30 years and all of a sudden my records vanished. No record of all my vaccinations or procedures there. My messages have been ignored and my phone calls to the billing department have been hung up while I'm still talking.
