I put a random 4 in there to make sure this does not get thrown out as "too good"
Dr. Krause makes me feel very comfortable, very well cared for and very informed - he is extremely knowledgeable. I am blessed to have such a wonderful cardiologist.

Feel very confident in my Dr.
Again "Does Not Apply" should be added. Take for instance item 10. This is not the first time I have answered these surveys and such ambiguities are very annoying.
very pleased and my wife also sees Dr Krause
I like Dr. Krause; I've been seeing him for four years. he is always straightforward and thorough.
Dr. Krauss was excellent. He made me feel very comfortable discussing my health. I was a bit nervous at first but felt great leaving the office. I had a plan and knew what was going to happen next. Just great!
Dr. Krause has been my doctor for 4 years. He's truly the best and our dr / patient relationship is wonderful. I feel I could contact him for anything.
Despite my highest confidence in Dr. Krause, your hospital does not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO ($1,280 per month) resulting in Dr. Krause referring me to a colleague. And while the colleague is a very fine doctor, I have known Dr. Krause for many years and he has treated me very well. I am completely perplexed that NSUHS does not accept my insurance.
