Pro-active doctor, a great listener and teacher who I definitely will recommend
Dr Khan is a great listener and communicator. He was easy to talk to and shows great care for his patients.
Dr Khan provided the best experience I have ever had at a dr. I was so worried that I would not be taken seriously and he immediately put me at ease and resolved my concerns.
Dr Khan was fantastic! Spent a lot of time with me discussing my upper GI concerns and described the procedure I will need.
Dr didn't not ask about symptoms or complete any type of exam. He questioned need for appointment despite esophagram results and recommendation from pulmonologist to see a GI. He said because I was told to see GI I now needed endoscopy. We spent approximately 3 minutes meeting. He spent a few minutes outside of the room putting in an order. He did not explain the procedure or any risks involved. Did not explain what gastric polyps are, how I might have developed them (I've never used PPIs) , what the symptoms are or treatment options. Did not address duodenal diverticula at all.
I asked to change my medication and dr just said No, its not recommended. I asked the reason and alternatives and he just said no and do his homework. He treated me like I was a little child. Made me very uncomfortable
Dr Khan was amazing!!
Excellent doctor with clear explanations and willing to listen attentively.
Dr.Khan is always knowledgeable about my "whole medical picture." He relates his area of specialty to what other doctors I've seen write in their notes and to the results of other tests I've taken.
