Dr Kartha is knowledgeable, professional and efficient, This is my first time using telehealth. The schedule was running behind so it would have helped if someone from the office would inform me of the delay. I waited for 45 minutes and wasn't sure if it was a technical problem, a mistake on my end or just an office delay. This is something that should be corrected in the system.

The telemedicine visit was very helpful. The Doctor answered all of our questions and gave great suggestions regarding the progression of my mother illness. The nursing was giving tips on how to handle certain situations due to my mother being bed ridden. Over all I was very pleased with the telemedicine meeting.
