I love Dr. Ryu; the absolutely best doctor I ever had! I really feel she cares about me and my health. Thats the most priceless and healing thing a doctor can offer. I wish I could feel this way about all my doctors.

Dr. Ryu has provided excellent care to me for many years now. I couldn't hope to find a better doctor. She covers all the bases, makes sure nothing is overlooked and show empathy for whatever my health is has been. I hope for her to stay on at Endeavor for many years to come. As for the hospital care I received back in 2021 and 22, the nursing staff was excellent in providing everything that I needed throughout my ordeal. My medical team did everything to return me to the best of health possible, from surgery to going home.My only issue with NorthsShore/Endeavor is while "making" and appoint is easy, the available dates to actually have a medical test i.e. Ultrasound etc... Physical therapy, takes weeks to actually have them started! Regarding physical therapy -- by the time the first appointment is done the issue is already resolved on its own...

The care I had was the best I've had in many years. My doctor got me in to see her very quickly, she spent time with me regarding my concerns. She was extremely thoughtful about a course of action. Her staff was friendly and attentive.

Dr. Ryu has been a wonderful, empathetic guide through many years of health challenges. I cannot say enough how valuable her help has been for me. She is a very special practitioner, and I hope she receives the acknowledgment she deserves for her dedication to her patients and their well being.

It seems like internists have become traffic cops. They seem increasingly harried and are expected to do far more of what I call marketing-for flu shots, shingles shots, mammograms and colonoscopies. I'd like to have time for the things I want addressed. This is not a knock on my doctor, but rather the system. Lots of handing out of meds, but not much else.
