The doctor spend less than five minutes with us. He just came and said MRI is okay and I will give you referral for physical therapy and while my wife was asking question about the medication she is taking he was already outside the room and responded from outside that you can continue taking it. No more question she could ask while we were waiting an hour and half for him and less than five minutes spent with her.
Was there nearly two hours before talking to the doctor, who rushed my visit, showed little to no concern about my pain level or area, over talked when I attempted to explain issues and had an overall terrible bedside manner.I came to NorthShore due to constant pain from neck and back, only my neck was looked at and I was made to have unnecessary x-rays when I already have some on file instead of a much needed MRI.
Dr. (?) Nolden was in a hurry to get rid of me. I don't think they even took x-rays, but he said there was nothing he could do for me after they were read. He even acted like he looked at a the results of an MRI in 2019 that was in my chart and indicated a number of back and neck issues. He did not suggest another MRI as other providers have. He seemed much more interested in my hypertension and congestive heart failure which my my primary physician, Darryl Stern, had not diagnosed. I am in serious pain and can hardly walk. I will refuse to pay for his "services".
No stethoscope brought in room but states they listen to heart , lung, & bowels. Spent 5 min. w/me. Neither PA or MD did any assessment other than strength of lower extremity & walk. But my note says they did a full assessment. I take an antidepressant for pain mgmt. but they noted I have depression. Also no to cough, but I have coughed for 8 years.
Care provider (*Dr. Nolden) appeared anixous with shaky legs during visit. He overemphasized need for surgery before assessing my symptoms.
Great Dr visit.
I've had very good experience s with all my doctors and his associates
Dr. Nolden is a highly professional, knowledgeable and competent surgeon. He has been a game-changer in my life.
Was the first surgeon to recommend surgery after 2 other surgeons declined. Fixed my back and leg - no more pain - yea!
I would recommend Dr. Nolden and his team to anyone. They are the very best not only at what they do, but also how they took care of me. Knowledgeable, patient, honest, and kind.
