Very nice, very accommodating, conscientious people trying to do their best for you.
I don't feel the doctor listen to me or was concerned with my issues. He did not explain what was happening with my back. I would have liked to see the MRI and have been walked through the imaging so I better understood what the doctor was explaining with my discs.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nolden. Not only is he an incredibly skilled surgeon but he's also an incredibly kind man. I have recovered well from my surgery and that is a testament to his care. I also think it's worth noting that I get compliments on my scar all the time. Dr. Nolden cares not just about repairing my spine but also making sure the scar I'd end up with was thin and extremely straight. It's almost a work of art.
I didn't get care or any of my questions answered. How do you ask a question to a person that's not there?
My surgeon, Dr. Nolden is absolutely the very best.
Excellent experience. Dr Nolden and his team are highly talented and thoroughly professional in examinations, diagnosis, and explaining treatment options.
Extremely friendly and sympathetic to my care needs
Dr. Noldon is very knowledgeable and very efficient, and helpful. Explained the procedure well and did a fantastic job.
Very good
I was there for 2 hours for an initial exam and review the MRI that I had a week before. I saw 3 people before I finally saw Dr Nolden. The first young woman asked me a couple basic questions and said the Dr would be in soon. There was a long wait. Then another woman came in, she said that she was the Dr nurse. She asked me many specific questions and then said the Dr would be in soon. Then another long wait. Then a young man came in. He started talking about my MRI but didn't introduce himself. I didn't think he was Dr Nolden so I asked. He said no he wasn't, he was a resident. Another wait. Then Dr Nolden came and quickly explained that a cortisone injection would be the way to start. Then I had to wait for quite a while ( I had to go into the hall and look for someone) for the nurse to come back in to give me the number to call to make the injection appointment. She also said a pain medication would be called into my pharmacy. That took 2 messages and 2 days for someone to finally order it. It was a very frustrating experience.
