A sincere and concerned individual.

She is knowledgeable, very caring and takes a natural approach. She involves me in my care decisions and listens to my concerns. I appreciate a doctor who doesn't talk down to me as if I don't know my own body.

Very efficient and respectful. The patient is 88yrs old and Dr. Sims is very respectful of her space.

When I took all the lab tests my new primary doctor ordered for me after my first visit last year, I received the results promptly from Northshore Connect. However, my doctor either never reviewed my results and/or never contacted me about them, even though there were changes I could see in my results that concerned me. When I asked about it this year (today's appointment) she seemed surprised and was unable to explain.
