On the day of my visit I wore a mask from my car until I got in the exam room. Other than Doctor Bowen, I saw no other North Shore employees wearing masks. Two days after my visit I came down with Covid. First time in my life and transmitted it to my wife. Last Monday I called and left a message for Dr Bowen that we tested positive for Covid. As of this writing my wife and I have been seriously ill with this virus and Dr Bowen never called me back. So I come for a wellness check and get Covid and my pcp never calls to see if she can help. In fact, when my wife spoke with her doctor about this she asked to speak to me and I'm not ever her patient. Really disappointed.
Dr. Bowen was friendly and professional. She explained the problem I was having and offered solutions.
The care was good. But when called north shore two days later to ask doctor to call back about pain in chest when coughing no return call was received within twenty four hours from primary care physician or immediate care facility.
