She's a nice person but not for me. I think if you have a cold or flu, it's fine but anything beyond that you need someone more experienced. I'm currently searching for a new PCP.

Very good experience

She was great and gave a thorough extremity exam and follow up instructions after an acute injury. I tried scheduling through the portal and there wasn't availability for 1.5 weeks. I almost gave up and went to another healthcare system for an urgent care visit, but the office staff called me back and were able to get me in quickly. Thank you!

Dr. Bowen is very thoughtful and kind, and talked me through the questions I had. The nurse called me back on time, and after the vitals were taken, I had to wait about 20-25 minutes in the exam room to see the doctor. It would have been nice if someone had told me about the delay. However, I had my Kindle with me, so I was able to read my book.
