Dr. Bowen took her time with me and that was appreciated. Unfortunately, my appointment was her first appointment of the day at 8:15am and she did not arrive to the practice until 8:45am. I would have rather not been able to schedule an appointment until that time rather than a time that she wouldn't even be there yet.I would also like to add that the receptionist (in the middle, blond hair, glasses) was very rude to patients. She rolled her eyes at a patient who walked up to the desk to check in and she said she was too busy to help me. I was honestly appalled by her behavior. I would return to the practice for Dr. Bowen, but I have decided not to return to the practice due to the way this receptionist treated me and others.

I have always had excellent communication with my doctor, but this visit was the most rushed I've ever had.

Dr Bowen spent precious time with me to establish cause of my medical situation .She is extremely thorough, caring & very knowledgeable.

I been a patient of Dr.Bowen for years now and for me she is the BEST! She listen remembers you even after not seen you for a year (she remembers my whole family. I just pray every year that the insurance we get at work it would continue to cover her service.

My care provider is by far the best. I know that when I or someone from my family gets sick or we get hurt, We will be better soon. I have been going to Dr. Bowen for many many years. I wouldn't change her no other doctor.
