I have never received this much information before.
She was almost 20 minutes late to the video visit and didn't address it when she came on, and she seemed in a hurry/short. It would have been nice if she at least addressed or said, "thanks for waiting," to show that both of our time was valuable.
I do recommend Dr. Sweiss often - warning people to be patient with her tardiness.
Ample time for conversation. Effective at describing symptoms, causes, options.
Dr Sweiss seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Her manner, however, was totally humorless, and she didn't crack a smile during the entire 30 minutes of our introductory appointment. I appreciate the importance of seriousness of certain discussions, but a touch of humanity would certainly round out a session where mortality is not the main focus.
