She is the best
She is very knowledgeable and attentive
Great communication and I was able to understand my doctor's feelings on my health.
So kind, very detailed with any question I had. It is my first pregnancy that was confirmed at this appointment so I had lots of questions. She took the time to answer each one. Did not feel rushed at all.
She was nice. I cannot emphasize strongly enough that I couldn't get anyone to really hear me say "I have a UTI, can I just scoot in and urinate in a cup, and see a doc long enough to get a prescription?". There is no structure in place to utilize time-saving common sense. Your urgent care should change its name to Make An Appointment Care. I'm about to join Medicare. I'm totally looking around. My general doc is probably retiring soon, and my favorite doc in the obgyn practice is Dr. Yeager. He'd be the only reason to stay. Dr. BACKHUS was very nice and gave me a lot of info I didn't come in for. I went to immediate care, erroneously, and got an appointment with Dr Backus at Gross Pt Rd by going to the McCormick location. Got one for 1:40. Had a terrible time cancelling the Immediate care appointment I'd gotten for 5:10pm. I was done by 3:00. What might've taken me 45 minutes door to door, took 3 hours. The whole system is broken. I don't know that one hospital is any better than another.
Dr. Bakhus was very attentive and provided excellent advice and care.
I was called to reschedule my appointment 3 times because the doctor was unavailable. This shouldn't happen.
Very professional
Very good DR EXPLAINED THE P ROCEDURE CLEARLY
They did a great job of letting me know that my primary OBGYN was on FMLA and rescheduling. I wish the doctor I saw was a little more empathetic, I felt that she did not think I needed to be there. I also wish I would have received a phone call or portal message about an abnormal text result before the pharmacy called me.
