Very clear about diagnosis and follow up care. Explaining the fracture with visual aids for better clarity and discussion about future expectations

The doctor seem very concerned about my treatment.
Dr Conley was very helpful with diagnosing my knee swelling.
Since this visit was a walk-in, after my x-rays were taken and I was seen by Dr. Conley I felt he was somewhat in a rush. I guess I was expecting maybe a few more suggestions as to the cause of my visit other than referring me to PT for where I had known to have pulled a muscle
Dr Conley is outstanding and I was fortunate to have been treated by him during my first emergency visit. Unlike most orthopedic doctors, he takes into consideration all aspects of your well-being. He is very bright, professional and personable. I've recommended him to my friend's son.
Proessional, kind, took time to listen + explain
I have been a NS patient for 30+ years. This was the worst experience that I have had. The doctor insulted me, did not examine me, would not discuss my situation, was dismissive, spent almost no time with me. I would suggest that he needs some training on empathy & courtesy.
Dr. Conley was excellent. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My only real criticism is of the off-site radiologist that reviewed my x-rays. The radiologist's report showed that there were no fractures in either hand. This was incorrect, which Dr. Conley recognized right away. After an initial examination of both wrists/hands, he pulled up the x-ray images and found a fracture in my right hand that the radiologist had missed. This speaks volumes about Dr Conley's professionalism and thoroughness, but it does not give me good feelings about the work product quality of the off-site radiologist.
