Because of the poor results of previous surgery I was very fearful returning to see a neurosurgeon again. The RN understood where I was coming from. The MD was both clueless and condescending.
Northshore won the lottery with having a Brilliant, kind, caring doctor as wonderful as Dr. Bailes. Great bedside manner. I couldn't more pleased to have Dr. Bailes as my treating surgeon.
