Dr Joshua Herz was much more relaxed and engaged than at previous two visits. I really appreciated this. He gave ample time for my and my mother's questions. He was helpful with answers and explanations. I did not feel rushed. He was also reassuring about her conditions that he's been monitoring. He was aware of accommodating her hearing loss, and was patient with helping her understand instructions. It was a lovely visit.
