Dr. Feldman is a very caring dr, he always checks in with me regarding the time between appointments and how my health has been during that time.
Dr. Feldman spent a considerable amount of time with me. He was very thorough in his examination and explanations. He addressed my concerns and answered my questions.
I have nothing but good things to say about this visit. Dr. Feldman, who was very attentive, listened well to my input, gave thoughtful and helpful input back. I never felt rushed.
Again--it was hard for the doctor to do much because he saw me after my pain and symptoms had settled down after 3 weeks!!!
Dr. Feldman is a nice man but he does not explain ANYTHING. I'm sure he is amazing at what he does as he has been practicing for a long time and seemed to be very detailed with what he was doing, but from the patient lens it would be nice to have some descriptions and explanations of the tests and measurements he was taking. I felt like I couldn't interrupt him to ask him any questions as he was very focused with the task at hand. Dr. Feldman wiped down some machine with water and I was asked to step on this machine and put my bare feet and hands on it. For what reason?? I haven't a clue. What was it measuring?? No idea. I was then asked to stick each arm in a tall container of water and as I did so water would poor out. I could figure out that it was measuring the displacement of water and asked afterwards if my arms measured the same or different. Had I not asked, I doubt it would have been shared. I was given a bunch of printed out papers to read at home, but how the information relates to me or what I should focus on when reading these on my own I don't truly know.I left feeling I learned nothing about my condition from this appointment and was not given an opportunity to discuss my concerns or worry. When I asked the schedulers what other lymphoedema doctors I could see in the future they told me he's the only one.
I like Dr Feldman.
Dr. Feldman is excellent.
I am SO happy to have been able to see Dr Feldman! His wealth of knowledge in regards to lymphadema is amazing, and he really took alot of time going over my history and discussing options for future care.
Dr Feldman has been my physician for over 25 years and he's the best. He's extremely thorough in managing my lymphedema care and treatment.
Speaking as a physician myself, I can testify that Dr. Feldman is a superb physician. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, empathetic, thorough. One of the smartest docs I've ever known.
