I really like Dr.Hong. She listens well and offers encouraging feedback. She is a keeper!

She is kind and a good listener to my issues.

My doctor lacks attention to the patient. I only see her once a year for my annual physical and I feel very rushed and very put-off by her. I feel she is thinking of her other patients or other things that she needs to do and cant wait to be done with me. Never do I feel she even knows me. She looks at the medical information and processes to get me out of there. I look forward to working with her to come up with a plan for my needs and she is rushing out the door. While she is never rude, I sense her body language and I know she is ready for her next patient. Am considering looking elsewhere
