My appt with doctor and his nurse was excellent. Only concern was with lab assistant and co diction of the room

A thorough and complete, well explained, consideration of treatment possibilities in a framework free from the need to make a quick decision. My personal choice of what to do and when / how to proceed were acknowledged and honored without question. Follow-up appointment was made within hours.

Dr. Hedberg is a wonderful and intelligent doctor who is unfortunately a part of a horrendous hospital system with other god-awful healthcare providers. I will leave it at that because if I went on, you'd have a novel. I don't think you want a novel bashing on your hospital mr. CEO.
