Dr Konsur waded her way through my tale of woes-symptoms, doctors who couldn't help me, etc. And came up with an aggressive test g plan to be able to get toward finding an informed diagnosis.

Was amazed pleasantly,and surprised to get the immediate and thorough response to the immediacy of my concern. This is truly better than expected on several levels , from receptionists to regular doctor to partner doctor to immediate handling to follow up and future scheduling. NorthShore can be proud of the "systemic" response within its practice, and this office network in particular. What teamwork!!
