I felt the exam was a little rushed. I had mentioned ear pain and the doctor did not check my ears. I forgot to remind him during the exam but I guess I thought that was standard. He thought I had the flu and recommended treatment with tamiflu, and wasn't even going to test to confirm. I wanted to test to confirm because my son has just tested negative for flu earlier in the week. tamiflu is kind of a big deal so I didn't want to take it unnecessarily. also I am nursing and I felt that there could have been more sensitivity or knowledge about the implications that has with regards to medical choices. I was negative for flu and told to reach back out if I didn't improve. I went in expecting a sinus infection and left confused about why that was ruled out as a possibility.
All in all the visit was excellent
