Informative, personable and willing to answer questions. Dr Massel maintained eye contact, which sounds frivolous but isn't, and gave clear explanations of what I would be facing with a fractured vertebrae. He and his staff were willing and able to answer all my questions and provided clear instructions on what the timing and steps were towards recovery. Couldn't have asked for better care.
