He generally had a good bedside manner. There were some moments when he was patronizing, but that was outweighed by his explanation of what could be going wrong.
relaxed and informative 1st visit with Dr. Shah.
He sent an order for new drugs to Walgreens before I had called him.
What a disaster. I went in to ask about symptoms I have been having. I was the fellow first who asked questions and understood my concerns. Once Dr. Shah came in, he disregarded my symptoms- telling me that I need to eat fiber or take supplement-- which if he would have asked me, I already do. He then went on to basically fat shame me and talk about a fatty liver (Which I never saw him so HOW could he know this??) If he read my chart, he would have known I am dealing with my PCP on this subject. But instead he told me to get an MRI "If I fit in the machine" he wasn't sure. I also felt like he was talking down to me in how he spoke to me. I am very educated in medicine and the way he made me feel was not a good feeling. I have worked for doctors for over 20 years, and never have encountered one like this. I will NEVER go back to this physician.
Dr Shah clearly explained my options for treatment. He is a kind and caring doctor.
Will never go back. Horrible experience.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shah. He even filled up a few days later with a message checking on my status after being diagnosed with Covid.
Dr,Shah was very kind, he answered my questions with calmness and helped in getting an appointment for my procedure promptly understanding my concerns.I would highly recommend him.
