Please take this feedback seriously. I am not demanding or nagging patient in nature, but almost each time I visit this clinic I get triggered. Very negative vibe from staff towards patients and from staff towards each other. For example, receptionist was very rude with me when I asked question about my turn to be checked in by her, and when I finished with the doctor and headed to the disk to schedule an appointment, she went inside and disappeared for 15 minutes, so I decided to leave. Another incident, dr. Denis William checked on me , and did not provide proper information about my condition, and always spend less than 3 minutes with me!!! In the last visit , one of the staff told him enjoy your lunch as he was leaving to take have his lunch break, he ignored the receptionist and walked away!!! When he came me , he barley answered my qustions about prevention and concerns!! And like always he is in a rush and I did not get a proper answers , that I use google to figure out what to do??Also , when I was waiting to be seen, another doctor was speaking in a rude way to his patient because she was confused what to do next. I will not go back to that clinic again, worst clinic I have ever been in!! All doctors need training on how to show empathy with patients!! And how to talk to them , how to respect other staff. I saw a cycle of mistreatment!! Everyone is mistreating everyone in this place!!!

The provider explained what the outcome could be without surgery, and that helped me greatly with the decision to proceed. I was shown clear before and after pictures/xrays of my fracture, which solidified having surgery was the right decision.
