The doctor gave me more useful information than I have ever received before -- and also outlined cautions that I needed to be aware of. I have seen three retinal specialists and none has ever come close to the information and the care that I received from him.

Dr. M was supportive and educated me well about the issues with which I came in. He was kind and informative as well as reassuring. He also had read the notes in Connect and was glad to contact the other physicians on my team.

Physician seemed to have the view that if this wasn't a retinal problem, I was of no interest to him. He told me that he was unable to answer any questions I had about my sight unless it had to do with the retina.

Was unable to provide treatment/ care that was needed due to backlog of patients asked if we wanted to wait 1 hour for completion of care or return another time for completion. So asked me to make another appointment for completion of care which I did at another NorthShore facility
