Phenomenal care from Dr. Gupta. I was very impressed with how thoughtful she was about many aspects of my health situation.
I am VERY concerned that communication between patient and medical staff is extremely difficult. One option I was given to make contact was to wait up to two business days. I have been with this medical care since it's days as PRUCARE The current developments are shocking.

Dr Gupta was very thorough, she drew me a description of what my problem was on a piece of paper. This was before I informed her that I was a retired nurse. She was very descriptive and if I were not familiar with the human body I would have been very pleased with her explanation of my problem and treatment. She was amazing!!
Dr Gupta is a gem. Knowledgeable about heart dysfunction and heart failure with complete command of the complexities in treatment AND is a wonderful person
Dr. Gupta was the first doctor ever to take an interest in my medical concerns. I've had a lot of difficulty in the past with North Shore. I wish I could have her as my doctor but unfortunately she's a heart specialist .please let her know how grateful I was for giving me how grateful I am for giving me her valuable time!!!! God bless
