I was a new patient with an acute problem and Dr. Buccelato was very attentive to my needs. He proposed a resolution to my issue and created a plan for follow up.

The doctor was late and basically never stopped talking as soon as he came in like he rushed through my appointment so I just didn't discuss any actual concerns I had since it didn't seem like it was really being taken serious
Once the doctor got to me, he was great. Attentive, proactive, took his time and was apologetic for being delayed.
My appointment was rescheduled with Dr. B last minute when my original appointment was cancelled. I had never met him before and I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it was the end of the day on a Friday, he took his time, listened, and was very personable. I truly enjoyed my visit.
Dr B takes the time to get to know his patients and cares about his patients.
The doctor IS THE BEST!!!
He suggested things but trying to get potential downsides out of him was like pulling teeth. I asked questions based on research I'd found and past experiences but he made me feel idiotic, like I was wasting his time. I understand he had other appointments and was running late but it wasn't an excuse to be rude and distant. I've seen him before and I don't recall having such a poor experience but when I left this time I legitimately texted a friend that it was the worst appointment I've ever had. He spent a lot of time on the computer and I don't know exactly what he was filling in, it may have been important or relevant to my statements but he didn't relay that back to me.
