Young doctor easy to speak to and was very clear explaining my foot problem

Dr. Raj was very practical and straightforward. He gave helpful suggestions and listened to each of my questions.
Seemed in a hurry
I don't feel that the doctor listened to my concerns or explained much. I feel he just focused of giving me an injection without going through alternatives
Dr Raj was dismissive and even downright discourteous and rude. The doctor seemed rushed and not afraid of showing It. He was curt and short with his comments, hardly allowing me time to ask questions. Then he asked me three times in hurried way "Do you have any questions?" as if he was very eager to get the visit over with. He did not show any empathy and I felt marginalized and unimportant. I never want to see him again.
The doctor is efficient and his treatment is "spot on" making a wonderful difference. He knows his craft. And he is personable; establishing rapport immediately.
Dr Raj was very polite and professional. He made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly. I was able to decide what treatment I want and I feel good about my choice.
We were there for a HUGE blister on the side of the heel. The doctor was originally going to send us home until the blister broke open on its own--at which time I was to wash it with soap and water, and call to come in. If it did not burst, to come back in a week. At this point, the patient (89-years-old) could not bear to take a step. At our urging, the doctor consented to extract the fluid, covered the lesion...and told us to change the dressing each day, covering the wound with gauze treated with neosporin...and re-wrapping. We saw the doctor on Wednesday. By Thursday night the wound looked really bad. And we made an emergency appointment with a local podiatrist office.The treatment was entirely different. An X-ray was taken. Ultra-violet treatment was given. And a multi-layered wrapping was applied...which would last until an appointment 5 days later. We were so disappointed with the care we received from Dr. Raj.
