Are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss or decrease of smell or taste, muscle aches with flu-like symptoms, loss of appetite, chills or shaking chills, headache, diarrhea, nausea or other gastrointestinal symptoms

Immediate Care Sites
We have adjusted services at three immediate care sites throughout the NorthShore system to provide access to patients with suspected cases of COVID-19. If you are experiening the above symptoms AND need to seek medical care, you should only come to one of these three sites. If you have other symptoms, please visit one of our other Immediate Care locations. Please note that not all patients will be tested for COVID-19, our physicians and advanced practice providers will make a determination for testing following their evaluation.

NorthShore Immediate Care is dedicated to providing great care when you need it, without visiting an Emergency Room. Each site is equipped to serve your diagnostic needs with on-site lab and imaging services available, including access to same-day and conclusive flu testing. Our physicians and Advanced Practice Providers are prepared to treat both adult and pediatric patients, every day* for the following medical conditions:
- Abscess
- Allergy
- Animal/Insect bites
- Asthma
- Broken bones/fractures
- Burns
- Cold, congestion
- Diarrhea
- Eye injuries
- Foreign body in eye, ear, nose
- Headaches

- Skin issues - irritations, poison ivy/oak, dermatitis

Orthopaedic Immediate Care
NorthShore Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine physicians know your injuries, symptoms and conditions can require immediate care, which is why we offer convenient, same-day visits for all of your orthopaedic concerns. Ligament and tendon injuries, muscle tears, fractures—we cover every orthopaedic issue. The locations have on-site radiology, casting, durable medical equipment, and are staffed by board-certified and fellowship-trained physicians. No appointment is necessary.

Emergency Departments
Our emergency rooms are staffed with specialists board-certified in emergency medicine. Each location is equipped with a cardiac catheter lab to provide emergent cardiac intervention. Additionally, each of our emergency rooms offers a minimum of 4 Fast Track settings for minor injuries.

E-Visits
NorthShore now provides great care even when you can’t make it to our office. Using our secure online portal, patients can consult with a doctor from home, or wherever they are. *NorthShore Immediate Care Centers are closed on major holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. NorthShore Immediate Care Centers also close at 5:00pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Swedish Immediate Care Centers are open 365 days a year. eVisit services are available on holidays, visit NorthShoreConnect online or download the app to initiation an evisit. For medical issues requiring immediate in-person attention on these days, please visit a Swedish Immediate Care Center or your nearest emergency room.
