Dr Schott is the best! We love her

Symptoms and chief complaint were ignored as physician appeared to decide what she thought problem was and did not assess for things patient complained of as chief complaint. Daughter complaining of sinus pain and pressure to level of discomfort of difficult falling asleep due to headache, pressure in face be upper teeth. Physician did not palpate face and cut patient off when patient tried to provide health history re sinuses. Physician focused on statement about nausea and 1-2 episodes of vomiting then physician stated she had flu/COVID recently and she believed patient had COVID or flu or viral bug. COVID/flu test came back negative. Not first encounter with physician appearing to not listen to symptoms and substituting physician's opinion for assessing and treating patient's complaints.

Dr. Schott helps foster a positive association between doctors office and my daughter. This is very important to me because my daughter has a genetic condition which will require many visits over her life. Dr. Schott is amazing and I feel so lucky to have her.

Dr. Schott is 10/10. We are so lucky to have her- we need her for adults! She cares and is passionate about what she does. You message her on a Saturday she's back to you immediately. She's tremendous.

We love Dr Schott! She is the only reason we come to this location which is no longer as convenient as it used to be since we moved. She is very responsive on the app too!!
