Dr. Sprang is great! Thorough discussion of issues and options. Easy to understand.
I needed to find a new GI as Dr Goldberg left North shore. Dr Sprang was recommended to me by Dr Goldberg. Dr Sprang was outstanding and understood my healthcare needs.
I only say good due to difficulty getting into see him live.
Dr Sprang got us an appointment during his lunch break rather than waiting to see someone till the end of August or so, and he spent a lot of time explaining things to us.
Wow, Dr. Sprang is unlike any experience I've had with another doctor. I have OCD and navigating the healthcare system without doctors immediately dismissing your concerns and making you feel crazy is embarrassingly difficult. Not only did Dr. Sprang treat me like a complete normal human being, he spent extra time going over causes, treatment, and next steps. He reviewed my labs from another health system and asked me about how my treatment for other things outside of GI were. It's entirely clear he cares about the whole patient and is very thorough. I've seen another doctor for the same issue somewhere and left feeling embarrassed and unsure. Dr. Sprang was the complete opposite. I've never written a review before but felt compelled as my experience was so positive. I've never felt more comfortable or less rushed and GI issues aren't easy to talk about. Thank you so much, Dr. Sprang.

Did not follow through on treatment. Then when tried to contact them in multiple ways was unable to for multiple days and being told different stories.
