I've seen Dr McCracken a few times and he has typically been pleasant and prepared. On this day he seemed to have no knowledge of my history or anything we had discussed in the past. He seemed annoyed and frustrated and was honestly rude. His assistant was not present so maybe that made a difference. Basically he seemed unprepared, treated me poorly and I will be looking for another doctor as a result.

McCracken was attentive, caring, straightforward, explained treatment options, showed xrays as he was discussing my situation. Excellent provider.

Dr. McCracken explained clearly what the issue was and cleared up my misconception. We discussed treatment options and I felt listened to and understood. I felt well cared for, and will highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone regarding knee problems.

Horrible doctor that yelled at my daughter when she just wanted to say and ask something.would not let her talk.never seen a doctor so horrible ever!

Dr McCracken asked only yes/no questions and every time I tried to explain or qualify something he rudely stopped me. He insisted in only yes/no answers and refused to listen to me. It was an incredibly horrible experience. When he asked if I want the shot for the pain, I knew I had to say no because if he was so impatient with me and wouldn't listen to me, I didn't want him to give me a shot. Who knows how fast and impatient he would be giving it! I would have said yes to the shot since I was in so much pain and it stopped me from walking, but not from someone who treated me with such a lack of caring!!!!
